"Great care and personal attention in a smaller setting"

I'm happy with the care my dad gets here. It’s a smaller place compared to other assisted living facilities, which means he gets more personal attention. I plan to move another family member here, too.

"Manager Misses Meet, Unhappy Residents in Dim, Dilapidated Facility"

The manager missed our scheduled meet and wasn't present. The building was quite rundown and the inhabitants looked unhappy. It was incredibly dim since there weren't any lights on.
