"Communication Issues and Pricing Concerns"
Pleasant Comfort was a nice home. There were two things I didn't like. First, the employees had thick Russian accents, and my mom would have a hard time understanding them. I even had a bit of a hard time. Second, when I got there, the representative already had a price in mind without talking to me first. It felt like he didn't want to listen to me and what my mom needed. It was more like, "Here is the price."

"Friendly Staff and Good Food in a Clean Community"
This is a nice place. The staff is friendly and nice. The food seems good. My father is doing well, but he’s not joining in the activities. I would recommend this clean and nice place to other families.

"Friendly staff and no complaints about the facility."
The staff was very friendly. I didn’t have any complaints or suggestions for making the facility better.
