In this assisted living facility, the owner lacks friendliness and understanding. Staff turnover is alarmingly high due to her demanding and unkind behavior. Residents receive no planned activities or fun, making it a poor choice for anyone who is coherent.

"Disappointed with Pushy Tour and Absentee Owner!"
The tour I took of this place for my dad wasn't great. The lady who showed me around was super pushy and stressed me out a lot during our visit. I wasn't comfy feeling like that. The whole place seemed dark and kinda sad to me. Another thing I didn't dig was that the boss lady didn't stick around with the residents all night - she just peaced out and went home. I'd never pick this place for my dad.

"Admin Should Listen Better 4 Stars"
This place is really nice. They take good care of people and keep everything clean. The food they serve is tasty too. But sometimes, the people who run things don't listen well enough to what the people living here need. It would be better if they paid more attention.

We chose this place for my loved one, and it’s been great so far. The family who runs it is really nice and caring. The place is always spotless and smells nice. It’s quiet and calm here, with not too many activities, which is perfect since my loved one likes her space.
