Our family really likes Prestige Senior Living. The staff are friendly and good at letting us know about everything. They help a lot, and our loved one enjoys the food. We would tell other families to think about choosing this place because of our good experience so far.

"Highly recommended assisted living; friendly staff, great facilities, but pricey."
I really liked the place and the people we met were super nice. Mom picked Van Mall because she liked her apartment and knew if she needed help, she wouldn't have to move. The cost was higher and only covered one meal. If you wanted two more meals a day, it was extra dollar each month.

"Good choice for small, clean facility but needs meal improvements"
This place was a good fit for my brother-in-law since he didn't want a big facility and didn't need a lot of extra features like some of the larger ones offer. They really tried to make sure he was happy with his apartment and even worked with us on the price. The activities are good for him, but I think they could use more options for other residents. They could also do better at encouraging everyone to join in. The facility is very clean, and the staff are all friendly. On the downside, they don’t have covered parking for cars. The food setup is one meal a day, and if you want more, it costs an extra $200. I think they should at least include two meals a day for that price. But overall, the price was actually better than most other places we looked at. The place is a bit older, but they’re about to remodel. They make the rooms look really nice before new residents move in. There's a nice outdoor area by the apartments, and each room has a heating system, although it's a bit noisy. The facility is in a residential area, just a quarter mile from Safeway. If residents can walk, they’re also close to other restaurants and stores. Overall, it has been a pretty good choice for him.

"Friendly Staff & Nice Apartments in Safe Community"
Rides can be a bit chaotic, maybe due to the pandemic. But the staff is great, and the apartments are nice in this safe community.

"Friendly Staff and Clean Community"
They still have some COVID rules, but the shuttle service is back. The community is neat and clean, and the staff is very friendly. Based on my experience, I would recommend this place to others.

Staff always available, residents friendly. Food sometimes disappointing, but spacious kitchens help. Good activities schedule, social atmosphere.
