"Appalling Care and Management at Princess Cate Home"

My dad stayed at Princess Cate Home and it was a terrible idea. They kept on asking me to help them if he fell. They wouldn't give him his medicine on time, sometimes they even forgot to give it to him. When he was admitted to the hospital, the staff even provided a wrong list of his medications. The food they served was bad too! I was shelling out $6000 every month and they were feeding him canned food. They wouldn't shave him either. His hearing aids kept getting misplaced. The last straw was when he nearly passed away from dehydration. When I visited him one Sunday, he barely responded. I immediately called an ambulance to get him to the hospital. The hospital staff realized he had no liquid left in his body! My dad was extremely dehydrated. Upon release, I immediately moved him to a different place by that Friday. It was then discovered that his right hearing aid was missing; they had just lodged an ear mold instead. The head of the facility is a terrible person. She always blamed my dad, a helpless man suffering from dementia. She always made excuses and never took responsibility for how they mishandled my dad. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. Also, they overwork their staff. One of the workers landed in ICU because he was too sick. Despite telling them about his stomach pain, they didn't give him any time off. This place is AWFUL!
