"Extremely Dissatisfied with Assisted Living Facility"
We were told a day before my Mom moved into this living place. After she did, they bumped it up to a day. They didn't keep an eye on her all the time, and she fell in the bathroom and broke her hip. She was also bleeding on the inside. She spent most of September 2023 in the hospital, and then she died. Despite this, they still charged us for all of September, even [date removed]. It's like stealing money and being dishonest who charges for days when someone isn't even there. I would never put my worst enemy in a place that makes you pay for an empty bed.

"Not Ideal for Solitary Residents"
This place is really nice, but it wasn't right for my mom because they expect residents to be social, and that's not her thing. Also, it seems pricey to me.
