I'm grateful that I get to leave the first review, solely to ALERT OTHERS! Don't make the mistake of moving into Quail Hollow. If I could, I'd give zero stars to QH. During my 2.5 years residing here, I've encountered and observed so much that left me shocked. Also, I've spent an arm and a leg of my own money, thrashing over $ dollars down the drain. In this place, you'll see residents roaming the facility with their bodies exposed, while some frequently have accidents, leaving damp stains on the furniture; always check before you settle down. Some tenants even neglect to maintain basic hygiene, emitting a terrible stench. I've even witnessed my parcels getting swiped by fellow residents, with the staff showing no interest to help. In such instances, I was forced to call in the LAW ENFORCEMENT; this has happened time and again. Just after I moved in, there was a shocking revelation from , the so-called 'manager', who confirmed the presence of a LEVEL ONE SEX OFFENDER among the inhabitants at QH. Such important information is shared only after you've moved in and settled. What's even more alarming is that the facility is located directly across from a junior/senior high school! It's also common to see residents haggling, begging or bargaining with others for basic items like money, cigarettes, or food.
