"Our Brother Thrives in His New Home"
Our family found Quality Life Adult Family Home in June 2014 and were very impressed with both the house and the staff. My brother, who has MS and needs help around the clock, has shown significant improvements in his health and mood since moving here. We are so thankful for everything they do for him. Their care and understanding have confirmed that we made the right choice in placing him here. Our family is very happy with all aspects of his care, and this truly feels like his new home.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Care and Communication"
Certainly! Here’s the revised review in 8th-grade level American English: We thought this place was right for my dad, but incidents changed our minds. The staff didn’t consider his allergies when serving food. They also didn’t listen to our family’s needs. When Dad was in the hospital, the owner refused to take him back, even for hospice care.

"Owner Refuses to Coordinate With Family and Hospice"
At first, I thought putting my dad here was a good idea, but after some problems, I realized it wasn't. Before moving him in, they assessed his needs. However, they didn't consider his allergies and gave him food he couldn't eat. They seemed not to listen or cooperate with what my family tried to discuss or ask for. When my dad was being discharged from the hospital, we were told he couldn't return to the facility. We were in the emergency room when they said we needed to find another living arrangement for him. Also, when it was time for my dad to start hospice care, the owner did not want to coordinate with the hospice team.
