"Mixed recommendation; good for assisted living, not for memory care."

High staff turnover, inadequate memory care training, food and safety concerns.

"Affordable Care with Great Staff and Location"

This place is perfect for moms and dads who need help with daily activities and memory care. They have really good people working there and it's in a nice spot. Plus, it's managed well and won't break the bank.

"Top Choice for Loved Ones’ Care"

Queen Anne Manor is really one of the best places we’ve seen. The people working there and the whole community really make it a great home for my family. Right now, they’re bringing meals to everyone’s rooms because of the health crisis.

"Friendly Community with Great Location and Nearby Amenities"

The community here is really nice and the people are friendly. It’s in a great location too. If you can still walk, there are many stores and restaurants close by, including a grocery store and a drug store.

"Small and cozy with a homey feel."

This community was very nice. It’s a smaller place, but it has a cozy, homey feel that you really look for.

"Pleasant and Respectful Phone Call with Queen Ann Manor"

I had a really nice talk on the phone with Queen Ann Manor. They didn't push me to make any decisions and were super polite.

"A Cozy Choice with Friendly Staff"

This assisted living facility has a traditional vibe, being housed in an old building that's been renovated. We chose this community because it felt like home to my mother. She especially enjoys the food here. I would suggest this community to other families. However, I've had some problems with the management, which has been frustrating. On the positive side, the caregivers, nurses, front desk staff, cooks, dining staff, and activities coordinator are all very kind.

"Great Tour but Consider Your Options"

I toured this place and it was clean and beautiful. The staff seemed good, and the care level was high. However, it felt a bit too much like a hospital. The room my mom would have gotten was small and it was pricey. I recommend that families tour different places and talk to the residents before making a choice.

"Excellent care and beautiful facility for Alzheimer's patients"

The Queen Anne Manor is a fantastic place. They have a great program for Alzheimer's patients, with well-structured and organized memory care. The center is also very attractive.

"Memory care facility undergoing upgrades, room prices starting at $5800."

I met with [Removed] and he showed me around the memory care section. He did a really good job. The place is nice, but they're working on making it even better with some upgrades. Right now, they're painting, so it'll look nicer soon. They're also going to have someone to organize activities for the residents in memory care. There are some nice outdoor areas, and the building itself is old and grand. I'm waiting to give them more details from my mom's current place before they give me a financial estimate. But just to stay in a room without any extra care starts at about $5800 to $6500 a month, and it goes up from there.

"Tour of Memory Care Facility Reveals Great Upgrades and High Cost"

I visited and received a satisfying exploration of the memory care section of the building. He did a stellar job. It's a pretty okay place, but it's also undergoing necessary improvements. They're about to paint the place to make it look even better. Plus, they are looking to hire an activities expert specifically for the residents in memory care. The place boasts some lovely outdoor areas and a majestic, old-fashioned building. I'm just waiting to provide them details from my mom's current place, then I can get an estimate of the cost. Knowing the rooms alone range between $5800 - $6500 without services, I feel that the price per month might exceed $10k.

"A Clean, Friendly Community"

Our visit to this community was nice, but it felt too big for our loved one. She thought it was over the top, and she worried about getting lost in such a large place.

"Warm Community but Felt Too Old"

This place was nice to visit, but it seemed old. It didn't feel cozy or comfortable for my loved one. Everything else was good. It was clean, and the staff and residents were friendly.

"Very satisfied with this community."

We had a great experience. They cared well for my father, meeting his needs. The owner and nurses were great. I felt comfortable with the care. My family was pleased with all they did. It's a lovely community.

"Too much like an institution!!"

During the tour, it felt like an old, eerie institution.

"Mom is Happy and Well-Cared For"

This is a really nice place for my mom. She likes the staff and the cleanliness of the community. She also enjoys joining in the activities. We would definitely recommend this place to other families.

"Lovely Assisted Living: Worth the Visit!"

I had a really nice time touring this place. It looks really nice. Everyone was super friendly. The apartments they showed us were really great, they looked beautiful. The whole place was really nice. It's a little pricey, but I think it's worth it. I suggest anyone to go check it out.

"They work hard to keep him involved in activities"

They do a good job overall. Sometimes, it smells like urine when you walk to his room. They really try hard to keep him involved in activities.

"Disappointing Experience at Assisted Living Facility"

This place wasn't good for helping people with memory problems like Alzheimer's or dementia. The workers don't really talk or spend time with the residents, except for a couple of activity staff. They don't talk well with each other either. Sometimes they get confused about giving out the right medications. Also, my mom's room didn't have air conditioning at first, but they fixed it after a few days.

"APFM made our long-distance move stress-free!"

APFM was fantastic to work with. I was assigned a specialist named Karen, who provided me with excellent options and choices and always followed up. I chose Queen Anne Manor and am incredibly happy with the results for my dad's memory care. Moving my dad from the East Coast to Seattle was made easy by both organizations. APFM is the best choice when making important decisions for loved ones' long-term care. Thank you so much!

"High Staff Turnover Affects Otherwise Nice Facility"

This place is pretty nice overall with how they keep the building and grounds. The people who work here aren't as good at their jobs as I hoped, and there's a lot of them leaving, which might be causing problems.

"Good, but expensive."

Nice facility with friendly staff, but pricey. Unsure if worth.

"Top-notch care and support"

When I started looking for a place for my mom, Queen Anne Manor was my first choice because of its location. After visiting other places, it was clear this was the best. The size was perfect—not too small, not too big. They had the right amount of help available. Mom lived in an assisted living studio for almost a year. When her memory and health got worse, Anna's Garden Transitions (the moderate memory care area) was the best fit. Living there made her feel safer, happier, and sharper. I know she is well taken care of. The nursing team is amazing, and all the staff are great. Everyone seems to care about what's best for each resident. Bottom line, I highly recommend Queen Anne Manor.

"Wonderful Stay at Queen Anne Manor"

My mom stayed at Queen Anne Manor for two months, and I couldn’t be happier with the care she got. The administration is top-notch. Every staff member was caring, respectful, warm, and welcoming. Both the administrators and staff kept me updated about my mom and got to know her to better meet her social and medical needs. It felt good knowing my mom was in good hands. She had a very positive experience and thrived there. The place is super clean, comfortable, and feels like home while meeting all the needs of the seniors living there.

"Great Old-Fashioned Charm in a Convenient Location"

The cost was pretty high, but it's hard to say if it’s worth it since prices can be subjective. Based on what I’ve seen in the market, it seems fair. I’ve recommended this place to three people, so that’s a good sign. For me, the location was key. It has a charming old-world vibe that I personally enjoy, though not everyone might like it. The rooms are smaller because the place is older, so if you need more space, this might not be ideal. The biggest thing for me was how flexible they are with changing care needs I wanted to avoid moving too often.

"Impressive Memory Care Unit and Great Location"

I didn't even see a room, but the memory care unit is really impressive. The location is good too, in a walkable neighborhood.

"Warm, Bright, and Spacious"

We’re likely choosing this place for our parents. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the space is really nice with lots of natural light. We have a nurse assessment scheduled and are very excited for our parents to move into Anna's Garden. We LOVE the apartment, especially the four big windows that let in so much light, the spacious room and bathroom, the friendly staff, and the warm, caring environment.
