"Mixed Feelings About Ridgeview's Food"
Ridgeview is a nice, clean place with friendly staff. The large apartments stood out, although the food is just okay. Some might prefer the less spicy meals.

"Avoid Ridgeview Place for Your Loved Ones"
Look elsewhere! The care was lacking, and my billing was a mess from the start. It took months to resolve after I moved my loved one to a different facility. I'd warn a friend to stay away from Ridgeview Place.

"Caring Staff and Dependable Med Techs at Assisted Living"
Everyone working here is super nice. You can find someone to help you no matter what time it is. The person who plans activities gets what each person can do and makes sure everyone can join in. The medical techs are awesome—they always know what to do.

"Assisted Living Facility Receives Praise for Caring Staff and Location"
We chose this community due to its availability and location. The staff is caring and keeps me updated on my loved one's condition. One suggestion: regular bathroom checks in the lobby.

"Good Care, High Cost"
Ridgeview was recommended by two sources. We needed a place quickly, so we didn’t shop around much. The room cost is fair, but care costs are high. The care is good but pricey. Overall, we’re happy and would recommend it.

"Management Confusion; Great Staff, Lack of Communication"
The people who helped our family member every day were wonderful, but the bosses weren't. They didn't explain their point system well. At the start of the month, we thought the bill would be one amount, but by the middle of the month, it was twice as much. They never told us about this change, so we felt surprised. The billing from the company's bosses didn't match what the local bosses were telling us.

"Great helpers and nurses, despite quick decline from dementia."
Unfortunately, our loved one declined quickly at Ridgeview Place, but it wasn’t the community’s fault; it was due to their type of dementia. Despite this, we were very happy with the community. They had many great helpers and aides who became very special to us. The nurses were fantastic.

As for the assisted living facility, it’s great that the food quality has improved. However, I understand your concern about the lack of 24/7 skilled nursing care. It’s essential to consider all aspects when evaluating facilities. The spacious cottage sounds impressive! If you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask!

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
This place is usually friendly. I think they exaggerate a bit when you're deciding if it's right for your family. They said you could get a snack anytime, but after moving in, I found out the kitchen closes. So, get everything important in writing. Their points system bothers me. They reassess residents after just two weeks, before they've adjusted to their new lifestyle. My loved one likes the food overall; it tastes good, though some meats are tough for seniors. I love the activities. The person who organizes them is great with elderly, forgetful, and cranky people. She's very friendly. I'm glad there's always someone there 24/7 to care for my loved one, which is important.

"Disappointing Meals and Facilities, Decent Activities Director"
My family member didn't enjoy the meals and felt hungry. Once, they served a cold potato. The food isn't healthy. However, the activities director is excellent and interacts well with residents. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this community. Initially, it seemed nice, but things changed once we were there.

"Dad Thrives at Ridgeview Place"
I highly recommend Ridgeview Place. My dad is really happy there. Before moving in, he felt pretty miserable at home by himself. It took him a little while to adjust, but now he's doing very well. He participates in almost every activity, and he says it feels like home. When I take him out for dinner, he's always eager to return. Overall, he's very content at Ridgeview Place.

"Wait-time & Unjustified Charges Major Concern at Ridgeview Place"
Ridgeview Place is neat, and the decor is quite appealing. However, in my perspective, there are a significant couple of concerns that may drive a tenant to consider moving. The primary concern relates to the care of residents. The assisted living area guarantees that aided living staff will respond to a resident's call (triggered by a press of a pendant call button) within five minutes. But this turns out to be far from the truth, with waiting times stretching 30 to 45 minutes even for urgent issues. After staying at this place for nearly a year, you start to notice the gradual hike in the monthly expenses because of the additional charges for daily caregiving. But, to my dismay, these charged services or care isn't provided frequently enough to justify the rising costs. I find such a practice highly unacceptable. Caution to all prospective buyers. Corporate Public Relations Department, kindly look into these issues.

"Newly Renovated Assisted Living: Adjusting and Enjoying Together"
This place got a nice makeover a few months ago. They're trying out a fixed rate, which I like. They're working real hard to keep up with all the new folks moving in and training the new staff. The staff are super nice and always ready to lend a hand. They're helping my husband mingle more, which is great. They've got lots of activities to keep him engaged. He's slowly getting used to his new home. I've seen folks playing Bingo and having a blast watching TV. The dining room is lively with people chatting, and a staff member helps keep the conversations flowing. Overall, the place is spick and span, and the rooms are comfy. There's plenty of space to roam, and the activity center is awesome. They even offer snacks and water between meals. Big thanks to A Place for Mom for helping us find this place. I'd recommend it to my pals.

"Clean, Friendly, and Perfect for Memory Care"
When my husband and I first visited Ridgeview, we liked it right away. After meeting the staff and touring the Memory Care area for my mom, we felt good about it. Now, Mom has been there for almost 2 months, and everything is going great. As the caregivers get to know Mom, things have become easier for everyone. The place is clean, friendly, and offers lots of activities. They even welcome us to join Mom for meals. We’re really happy we found this place.

"Lovely Staff, Some Preparedness Concerns"
My mom's time at Ridgeview was pretty good! The staff there are really nice, and the place itself is so nice to look at. My biggest worry is that sometimes the staff seem a bit unprepared for tough situations. But they're always polite and try to help out however they can.
