Sagebrook Senior Living at Bellevue

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living"
There were good things, but also some problems. If your loved one can take care of themselves and doesn't forget things, it's an okay place. But if they need help with dinner or have health issues, I wouldn't recommend it. The staff were mostly friendly, but sometimes they were too busy. We found a cheaper place with better care.

"Homey, near shopping, welcoming, clean, few one-bedrooms."
Took a tour on May 12th. Homey, close to shopping. Welcoming staff and residents. Clean facilities, beautiful surroundings. Few one-bedrooms.

"Great staff, efficient and reliable care for residents"
We really appreciate that the staff handles everything on their own. It’s a smart and well-run place that focuses on meeting the needs of the residents. The staff and management team are responsible and reliable.

"Great rooms, staff, and pandemic response at Sagebrook"
Sagebrook was our choice for Mom because of the big rooms, nice grounds, and easy-to-get-to location. Now, I really like the staff and managers too. The 2020 pandemic was tough for assisted living places, but Sagebrook's team handled it all and kept a safe and happy place for Mom. I appreciate their hard work and recommend Sagebrook.

"Good care and communication, plus a comforting friend nearby"
I believe they did their best for my husband. Overall, it was a good place, and I had a positive relationship with the supervisor. They communicated well, calling me often when my husband’s health was getting worse. I would recommend this community. I picked it because it was close to our friends. My husband also had a close friend there, which was comforting for him.

"Disappointing Experience at Sagebrook Assisted Living"
Sagebrook keeps getting worse every month. The food in the dining area isn't good at all. There aren't many fun things to do. We've had a lot of different workers coming and going. Most of the people living here are very unhappy because the staff doesn't keep their promises and the service is bad.

"Great Care and a Family Feel at Sagebrook Assisted Living"
My aunt was living on her own and needed more care. The staff at Sagebrook helped us when we didn't know where to start. They quickly gave us options and helped us find the perfect apartment for her. She loves her new place, and when we visit, the staff knows us by name, making it feel like a family. It’s a smaller community with a homey vibe, caring people, and even pets are welcome! With this team, my aunt is in great hands!

"Friendly Staff and Clean Community"
We visited several places, and this was our second favorite. The location wasn't perfect for us, and the memory care unit wasn't on a high floor. But the staff was nice, and the community was clean.

"Friendly staff and good activities, but other place felt warmer"
This place had some good activities to enjoy. The people we met were friendly, and they allow pets. The community was clean. However, the staff at the other place we picked seemed a bit more welcoming.

"Great place with fun activities and a clean, well-kept facility"
I’m really happy with this community and how much my mother-in-law enjoys all the activities and events. She loves the wine tasting, cheese nights, and exercise classes the staff organize for everyone. The place is always clean and well-kept whenever I visit. I would definitely recommend it to anyone considering retirement.
