"Friendly staff, but limited parking and not suitable"
The staff person who greeted us didn't know we had scheduled a visit, but he still showed us around. He was very friendly, but the parking was very limited. The place didn't meet my mom's needs, and the only room available was upstairs.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Expectations"
I went to the assisted living place for an appointment, but the Director wasn't there when we were supposed to meet. Some parts of the place smelled bad, and most of the staff seemed distant. The apartments really needed some fixing up, they were old and messy. It was sad seeing the residents, they didn't seem happy at all.
