"Comfortable and caring end-of-life care at Serenity Adult Family Home"
My mom went to Serenity Adult Family Home straight from the hospital on a Friday. The staff were very kind and caring. They took great care of my mom. She was only there for 7 days before she passed away. I’m really glad she was there because her last days were comfortable, and I felt she was at peace.

"Confusing and Unprofessional Staff at Assisted Living Facility in Texas"
I called this place once. The person I talked to seemed like they were talking to someone else. Our talk was all over the place and short, hardly answering my questions. He called me 5 times later asking what I wanted, like I left a message. When I said I hadn't called, he seemed confused and asked who I was. He called me once more and asked again what I wanted. Then he thought I lived next door to him in Fort Worth, Texas, and suddenly said my mom wouldn't fit in his place. He's confusing and not someone I'd trust with my loved ones. He seems better for rehab than adult care.

"Good care but facility is old and living room small"
When we visited Serenity, we saw that their staff was available 24/7 and had a good system for caring for residents. The place was clean, but it was quite old and seemed like it used to be a double carport. The staff appeared to be knowledgeable and had good references. However, the living room was a bit small.
