"Friendly Staff and Comfortable Upgrades"
The staff were really friendly, and the home felt welcoming. It had all the upgrades like a walk-in shower and handles on the toilets for those with physical limitations. The yard was a great space with outdoor seating for residents.

"Neat Facility with Good Care but Limited Activities"
The facility looks neat, clean, bright, and airy. Meals are served at 8 AM, 12 PM, and 5 PM, with snacks available in between. Medications are securely stored and given out as needed. Laundry is done daily and is included in the price. There aren't many activities because most residents can't move around easily, but there are occasional outings with wheelchair assistance and some puzzles. The backyard is lovely. There are always 2 CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants) on duty, 24/7. They currently have one large, spacious room available with its own bathroom, including a tub and safety bars. Oscar enjoys his hot bath every other day, so he might need an outside helper for bathing. They do have a Hoyer lift, and CNAs assist with dressing and grooming while encouraging independence. Before moving in, a nurse assesses Oscar’s needs at home. The cost is $6,000 per month, with the option to switch to Medicaid after 30 days if needed.

"Clean, spacious facility with attentive staff and ample amenities."
This place looks tidy and bright, with meals served at regular times along with snacks. Medications are securely stored and given out when needed. Laundry is taken care of every day, and it's included in the price. There aren't tons of activities since many residents can't move around easily, but sometimes they go out or do puzzles in the lovely backyard. Two caregivers are on hand around the clock. Right now, there's a large room available with its own bathroom, complete with a tub and safety bars. He enjoys his baths, which happen every other day. He might need an extra helper for that. They even have equipment like a hoyer lift. The caregivers assist with getting dressed and grooming, but they encourage residents to do what they can independently. Before moving in, a nurse assesses each person's needs at their home. It costs $6000 per month for private pay, with the option to switch to Medicaid after 30 days' notice.

"A Cozy and Spacious Home with Experienced Care"
Shi's home feels really cozy both inside and out. Even though it doesn’t look big from the outside, it’s actually very roomy with a huge kitchen and dining room. All the rooms are private. The owner is a registered nurse with lots of experience caring for older people.

"Bleach Smell, Backyard Appeal, Need More Activities"
The sting of bleach is strong here. The backyard is quite appealing, but the deck area is not well-maintained. The employees are very supportive. Still, the facility is short on organized activities. We need more preplanned activities.
