"Mixed Feelings at Silver Creek"
Silver Creek was a nice place for my grandma. I stayed with her during her short hospice stay. I have mixed feelings about our time there. The kitchen didn't work well for her special diet, which surprised me since they serve food to a fragile community. The staff was attentive, but the facility lacked some supplies older folks usually need. If I hadn't been there with my grandma, I'd be worried. But if she were still active and aware, she'd probably be happy and safe.

"Silver Creek Review"
Certainly! Here’s the revised review in 8th-grade level American English: I chose this community for my husband because he needed a lot of help, and they had two nurses to create a detailed care plan. Despite staff shortages, having those two nurses made a big difference. Housekeeping for the assisted living apartments was inconsistent, and the dining experience was lacking in nutrition and taste. The turnover in the Executive Director position was poorly handled. My husband’s apartment was nice, but overall, they didn’t deliver on everything they promised.

"Needs improvement, but brother likes it"
Based on our experience with Silver Creek, they need to improve in all areas. When I visited my brother, he had been sitting in his own waste for a couple of days. I almost reported them, but my brother likes the place, so I didn't.

"Good care and friendly staff at Silver Creek, worth the cost"
I live at Silver Creek and it’s been a positive experience. The meals are tasty, and the housekeeping is excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. The care is more than I need or can afford, but everything here is good.

Our experience has been positive. Mom enjoys it there, and the staff is friendly. However, we've had some billing problems—they're not very efficient at sending bills to the right person. Overall, it's been good, though.

"Terrible Experience: Neglectful Staff and Unacceptable Living Conditions "
I wouldn't recommend this place at all for anyone's family members. My relative wasn't treated well here. The staff was short-handed, with only two people taking care of three floors. Staff turnover was high and my relative often didn't receive help even after pushing the call button. They didn't keep my relative's room clean. They didn't bathe my relative or change their bed regularly. Also, there were no recreational activities for residents. Moreover, they didn't allow my relative to choose their own meals because of health problems. My relative didn't eat for several days because no one bothered to ask about their food preferences. We had to provide food ourselves after days of neglect. The administrative staff did not let us keep track of my relative's care or lack thereof. They were dismissive when we tried to ask questions or explain our concerns, and even removed us.

"Silver Creek Assisted Living: Caring Staff, Room for Improvement"
I think Silver Creek is a good place for loved ones. The Executive Director works hard to take care of residents and goes beyond expectations. They offer plenty of activities. However, the nursing staff needs improvement.

"Mixed Experience with Assisted Living Facility for Dad"
My dad needed a lift due to his size. On his first day, he had to wait in his wheelchair for 4 hours while staff were trained on it. We were assured they had one and knew how to use it, but that wasn't true. After my dad passed, they quickly focused on my mom moving rooms. The care staff took great care of my dad, and we appreciated their kindness. However, due to some issues, I wouldn't recommend it.

"Unappealing Food and Neglect in an Assisted Living Facility."
My dad stayed at this place for several months last year. Before he moved in, they insisted that the food was "awesome". But usually, the food was flat out gross. Case in point - they served him a cold hot dog on a hard, old bun. The workers never paid any attention to the repeated complaints about meals from their residents. My dad usually doesn't grumble, but he actually wanted to leave this sad place.

"Staff friendly, food okay, building well-kept"
My husband and I haven't decided yet, but we had a good tour of this place. The staff was really nice and friendly. We tried the food, and it was okay. The building looked fine and seemed well-kept.

"Clean and Helpful, But Not Mom's Choice"
I really liked this place when I checked it out for my mom. It was super clean and neat, and the people working there were nice and ready to help. But my mom liked another place better, so we didn’t pick Silver Creek in the end.
