"Great Place, But Needs Better Diabetic Menu and Staff"
My mom is diabetic, and I think she’s not the only one at RRP. The menu should have more options for diabetic people. Skip the fruit juice and offer good fruits and vegetables instead. Fresh is best, and it wouldn’t cost much more. Overall, I think my mom is happy at RRP. The staff levels are a bit low. Some staff really care about their job, but others don’t. Early on, my mom lost a piece of laundry that was very dear to her. The laundry is marked well, but the administration couldn’t find her blouse.

Nurse is amazing. The staff really cares about the residents and their families. Housekeeping is good. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

"Great Location and Friendly Community"
I really like where Trustwell Living is and the nice weather. It’s super close to town, so we can walk or drive to lots of stores and restaurants. The staff are awesome, and I’ve made friends with many of the residents.

"Avoid Trustwell Living: Understaffed and Unfulfilled Promises"
My relative lived at Trustwell Living at Sinclair Place. The building was nice but didn't have enough staff. They only offered basic services. The food looked bad, and the other ladies barely ate. The servers apologized for the food. Although it seemed great, they didn't keep their promises. The administration didn't care about residents; only the aides, nurses, and kitchen staff did. Avoid this place unless you visit often.

"Disappointing Care at Sinclair Place Assisted Living Facility"
The people in charge at Sinclair Place made big promises about the help they could give, but they couldn't keep up. When my sister, dad, and I were there with my mom, we had to change her diaper and clean her up because there weren't enough staff to do it properly. If we knew they wouldn't have enough people to take care of her like they said they would when we first talked to them, we wouldn't have chosen Sinclair Place. Mom didn't get the care they said she would when she started staying there.

"Friendly residents and clean, pleasant facilities with private laundry."
The residents were very friendly when we first visited. The place was very clean with nice, open public areas. It’s great that each unit has its own private washer and dryer.

"Understaffed Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Promises"
We stayed at Sinclar Place and noticed they didn't have enough staff, like many places. They weren't clear about how they could help our loved one. They said what they wanted to do, but they couldn't because they didn't have enough staff.

"Great location, good price, but staff shortage is an issue"
We picked Sinclair Place because it’s in a great spot, has a nice big room for my mom, and it's on the first floor. The price is also much better than other places we checked out. The only downside, like with many places these days, is the staff shortage. Overall, I’d recommend them.

"Limited Food and Activities, Care Concerns at Assisted Living Facility"
The pamphlet promised great food choices, but we only had the same menu over and over. They wouldn't provide different options. I wish there were more activities available. Some of the staff had trouble following medical instructions. After my loved one fell, they wouldn't let them return without charging us for a whole month.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living"
There have been some recent staff changes. A regional director now visits a few days a week due to the previous director leaving. Floor staff members also assist in the dining room and kitchen. The documentation for medications could be better. Overall, it's a decent community.

"Perfect fit for quick care needs, though stay was short"
We picked Sinclair Place because we needed to find a place for my mom quickly that could give her the care she needed. The rooms were just right for her. We didn't stay long, but it was exactly what we needed at the time.

"Friendly staff and nice rooms, but food could improve"
We chose Sinclair Place because they seemed more welcoming than others we visited. The staff was friendly and helpful. The single room he had was a good size with plenty of space, and the bathroom was roomy and easy to use. He didn’t like the food much; the portions were small, and there wasn’t enough meat. However, he loved the dessert cart and really enjoyed the game nights, talking about them often. Overall, I would recommend it.

"Happy with care and facility"
I placed my longtime friend here about 6 weeks ago. She’s doing much better in health and attitude. At first, she said she’d stay a week, but now she plans to stay a year or maybe forever. I thought it was a bit pricey, but others say it’s normal for these places. The staff are positive and caring. The residents seem nice and happy. The furnishings are very nice, and the facility is very clean. The meals are nutritious, and the chef visits with residents after serving. I don’t give praise easily, but I’m very satisfied and grateful for this facility.

"Assisted Living Facility Needs More Outdoor Activities for Seniors"
My grandma, who's 81 and still lively, wants more fun stuff to do at her place. She's into bridge, but they only bring someone to read the newspaper. The boss is great, though. Also, there's no outdoor area, just indoors. They should add a deck. But the workers are nice.

"More Activities and Outdoor Space Needed at Assisted Living"
Our energetic 81-year old needs more engaging activities. She's interested in games like bridge, but currently, they just have someone read the newspaper to them. The director does a great job, that's for sure. However, there's no outdoor space for them to enjoy - everything is inside. They should add a deck for them to get some fresh air. The folks working there are really great.

"Wonderful Staff Makes Moving Easy and Welcoming"
The experience has been amazing. My family member was in rehab, and as soon as we spoke with Sinclair Place, they helped us get everything ready for her to move in as soon as she was done with rehab. They went above and beyond to make her feel welcome. The staff is simply wonderful.

"Things are going pretty well at Sinclair Place"
Sinclair Place has been working out well so far. I appreciate that they let my mom stay in a temporary apartment for free while we’re waiting for her furniture to arrive from California. It was really helpful because we needed to find a place for her quickly. They have a cleaning service come in once a week. The cost is a bit high, and they don’t accept Medicare insurance. Thankfully, Mom has long-term care insurance, but she might not be able to stay here once it runs out. Overall, things are going pretty well.

"Great place with friendly staff and happy residents"
This place is great! It's super clean and they pay attention to all the little details. The dining room feels like a fancy restaurant. The lobby and sitting areas are always decorated for the season. Residents get to help plan activities they like. The staff is really friendly and kind. The apartments are nice, and residents can decorate them however they want. My mom is very happy living here. Her health has gotten better, and we know she's well taken care of. The finances can be tricky, but many residents might qualify for VA benefits. Ask the staff about this when you visit. It takes some time, but it's worth it.

"Top Facility with Great Food and Lots of Activities"
The facility is top-notch and the best you can find. The food is great. They offer lots of activities, though I haven’t joined any yet, so I can’t rate them. I have no complaints at all.
