"Best field trip in 23 years"
I recently took my Wee Wisdom Preschool students to visit Spring Ridge Assisted Living. They did art projects, played games, sang songs, and shared snacks with the residents. It was the best field trip we've had in 23 years. The residents were friendly and happy. The activities staff were welcoming, engaging, and creative, and had a great relationship with the residents. I was impressed by the cleanliness and atmosphere of Spring Ridge. I will definitely visit again. On the way back to school, I heard, When can we go again?

"No help retrieving family heirloom from uncaring assisted living facility."
The administrator and the receptionist were totally disrespectful and not at all willing to lend a helping hand! I can't even imagine what the seniors living there have to go through! I was just trying to locate a certain family whose members previously stayed here. I had something important to give them - an old baby cradle made by one of their loved ones who used to live here. I'm certain that this heirloom would have been treasured by the family. I never asked them for the family's contact info. All I wanted was for them to pass on my details to the family. Even when they told me that they no longer had records of the old residents due to a change in ownership, I understood. What I didn't get is why they couldn't help me connect with the previous owner. After all, it's public information. But they simply packed an attitude, insisted they had no idea and conveniently dismissed the thought that someone there must surely know who they bought the place from. They clearly had no time to entertain me, unless the call was going to bring profits their way. So much for some prized keepsake of a loved one! They don't deserve even a single star for such a heartless act!

"Terrible Experience! Staff Unhelpful and Disrespectful!"
The administrator and receptionist at this assisted living facility displayed extremely rude behaviour and were not even slightly willing to offer their help. When I approached them for help regarding a certain matter, they showed no interest or compassion. All I wanted was to track down a family to provide them with a precious heirloom that was created by a former resident. I didn't ask for any private contact details, just that they deliver my information so that the family could reach me. Yet, they seemed unbothered and claimed to have no knowledge of past residents. They also mentioned a change in ownership and seemed clueless about the facility's previous owner, which should be straightforward public information. It was absolutely and utterly evident that unless the enquiry included an advantage for them, they did not want to be troubled. Even the mere discussion of a cherished family token was considered a time waste for them. I am deeply disappointed and saddened by their behaviour. I wouldn't even rate them a single star if I had the choice!

"Everything is great, no complaints at all."
I don’t have any complaints. I visit often and see great things happening. The staff is always interacting with the residents and are really helpful. They stop what they're doing to assist me whenever I need and then go right back to their tasks. They’re very efficient. When there are any issues, Terrell calls me to keep me updated, and they manage everything well. The food and everything else have been fine. We’re very happy with them.

"Wonderful Memory Care Facility at Spring Ridge"
We really like Spring Ridge. Our Mom stays in the memory care place and she's doing great there! The place looks really nice and tidy, and everyone there takes good care of the residents.

" Spring Ridge Retirement Community Review"
The staff is super helpful, but the rooms are a bit small. The shared patios are a nice touch, and the beautiful new decor inside and out is freshly remodeled.

"Comfortable and Clean Assisted Living with Room for Improvement"
This place was pretty good overall. My family member didn't really get used to it, but I believe the staff tried their hardest. The people who take care of everyone here are really nice, and they're always around to lend a hand. The building itself is really clean, well-lit, and never smelled bad. But I wish they had more things to do. Every time I visited, it seemed like most people were just sleeping.
