"Felt like visiting a friend's home, not just a facility"
Everything was amazing! Everyone I talked to seemed really happy there. It felt more like I was visiting someone's home and family, not just a facility!

"Worried About Care Quality, Communication, Unexpected Costs"
Based on what we've seen, the care here is pretty poor. They added extra services for our mom without asking us, which upped the price unexpectedly. There's barely any back-and-forth with us, and it's been tough getting honest answers to easy questions. We also worried alot about the small amount of attention our mom was getting and finally decided to take her out of this place.
