"Dramatic Drop in Care at Assisted Living Post Accident"
The treatment at this assisted living facility steeply declined after my mom had a hip fracture right there!! Her personal cleanliness demands were ignored, and they failed to properly feed or hydrate her. She ended up feeling excessively thirsty and extremely dissatisfied. The service level took a nosedive just as one of their caregivers resigned. I strongly advise against this place!!

"Everything is perfect, just like home"
We’re really happy with this place. My mother-in-law loves it and calls it home. We think she’s getting great care. Everything is perfect, I can’t think of anything that needs to be better.
