"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living"
The staff has been great. When issues arise, they investigate. But they're often understaffed, leading to long hours. Breakfasts are wonderful, lunches are okay, but dinners are terrible so sandwiches it is. Overall, my loved one is happy, especially with transportation to appointments.

"Residents Warn: Understaffed Assisted Living in Disarray"
We arrived for our tour, but they didn’t expect us. Outside, residents were smoking, so we chatted with them. They warned us not to move Mom there due to insufficient staff. The entire facility was under renovation, and everything was torn apart.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
Certainly! Here’s the revised review in 8th-grade American English: I liked signing in and out, and the friendly guide. The place seemed dark, but they’re renovating. Staff wasn’t very friendly. Not ideal for Mom.

"Facility wrongly cashed holding deposit, now unresponsive."
I paid a holding deposit for a spot, even though I wasn't completely sure about my decision. They claimed they would hold onto the check, but they cashed it anyway. Now, they're ignoring my calls.

"Shocked by Filthy, Understaffed Facility"
I really didn't like this place. For the high cost, it was super dirty. There weren't enough workers for all the people who live here. When I visited on a weekend, there were only two workers for so many residents. This place gave off a gloomy and unclean feeling. The public bathroom was downright filthy. Overall, the place looked pretty old and worn-out. It was quite surprising once I saw the place for myself. I couldn't picture anyone living here, or even wanting to be here. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

"The Village: Clean, Friendly, and Worth It!"
The Village is a clean and friendly assisted living facility. When my mom faced a couple of issues, the staff promptly addressed them with efficiency. Their pricing falls in the mid-range, ranging from $2,000 to $3,000 depending on the level of care. If you can afford it and want a pleasant place for your family, it's well worth considering.

"Safety Concerns and Food Issues at Assisted Living Facility"
They've made many mistakes, and there are lots of problems. I worry about my loved one's safety due to equipment failures and poor communication among staff. The food isn't good, and our loved one dislikes it.

"Wish for Improvements at Assisted Living Facility"
They've messed up quite a few times and it seems like there's a ton of problems. I'm honestly worried about my family member's safety. They've had trouble with their tools and gear, and it seems like the biggest problem is the staff not talking to each other. The food here isn't that good and our family member doesn't like it here.

"Visitation on May 28, 2010. Dogs allowed. Lacks air conditioning."
I visited this place on May 28, 2010. They allow dogs which is pretty cool. I think the internet could be free as it is in Tacoma, but I'm not entirely sure. There was no air conditioning in the room, however, they did have it on the top hallway. It seems like the people living there are okay and they seem to like the staff. The staff dressed pretty casually which seemed to suit the place. There are no kitchens here but they do provide a small fridge and a microwave. Almost all the features are there except for a telephone. The building could really use some serious fix-ups both inside and outside. It surprised me that the director gave me a two-page list of other properties to explore in Tacoma.
