"Good care, but unclear billing policy for deceased residents"
They did a great job keeping us informed about Grandma's health. She was well cared for. She didn't join any activities or go to the dining hall. They were kind and understanding when Grandma passed away. However, they didn’t make it clear that if a resident dies, they charge you for two weeks no matter how quickly you clear out the room.

"Friendly and attentive care with good communication and timely response"
I feel like they’ve been honest and kept me informed about everything. The staff is really friendly. It’s tough to know exactly what’s happening without being able to visit my loved one in person. But they’ve done a good job of keeping me updated. They seem to be really attentive to her care. They even spotted something unusual with her health and got her to the hospital quickly.

"Staff Turnover and Lack of Activities and Care Services Disappoint"
While our family member has been there, many staff members have changed. There have been several new executive directors and different directors of nursing. All these changes make it hard to communicate, which needs to get better. The place looks nice, but there are no activities, and the food isn't great. We were disappointed with that, and the care services need improvement.

"Great Rooms and Good Activities"
We haven’t been able to visit for a while because of COVID, but we heard the activities they had before were good. The rooms here are definitely a five out of five, and we would recommend this place.

"Perfect Place for Mom: Small, Caring, and Pet-Friendly"
For my mom, Three Rivers Place is just right! It’s a lot smaller than her last assisted living place, so the staff can pay more attention to her. She has moderate dementia and sometimes forgets when it’s time to eat, but the staff helps remind her. They even let her keep her little dog and help with the dog’s needs. The staff is super friendly, and my mom loves the meals. She feels really comfortable there. At 96 years old, we hope this will be her home for good.

"Perfect care with pets allowed for loved ones in need"
This place is ideal for my mom. After her stroke in 2017, we visited many places, and this one felt just right. The best part is that they let her dog live with her, which is great because pets really help in tough times. The staff is super caring and friendly, and they show every day that they truly care about the residents. If you're searching for a place, be sure to check this one out.

"Clean, Happy Residents, Informative Staff"
This place is really nice, but the rooms are small. It’s very clean, and the residents look really happy. The staff member we talked to was very informative.

"Friendly Staff and Great Amenities at Assisted Living Community"
I liked the tour I got at this place. The staff were super nice and spent plenty of time with us, answering all our questions in detail. The property looked really nice and had lots of cool stuff for all the residents to use.

"Small, Independent Senior Community"
We visited this community while searching for a place for my mother-in-law. It's a pleasant community, but quite small and best suited for independent seniors. Ideal if your loved one doesn't need any assistance.

"Affordable with active residents, lacked desired amenities for my aunt."
My loved one and I were really happy with what we saw during our visit to this place. Everyone who lives there looked like they were having a good time and were doing lots of activities all over the building. It was affordable, but it didn't have everything my aunt would have wanted.
