"Exceptional Care and Warmth at University House—Highly Recommended!"
I’m a healthcare provider with over 35 years of experience in different settings, including home health, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and retirement communities. This has given me a broad view of care quality. When I find an ideal place, it really stands out, and that's what I’ve found at University House. My husband and I live out of state but visit his father, who has lived at University House since 2014, about 3-4 times a year. Recently, during our visit, my father-in-law needed emergency care twice in three days. The nurse arrived within five minutes and stayed until EMS came. Housekeeping also responded quickly, showing respect and dignity throughout. Since we’ve been visiting regularly over the past six years, we interact a lot with the staff, from housekeeping to administration. Everyone at University House has always treated us with respect and promptly addressed any concerns. Communication with staff, from nursing to the executive director, is clear and focused on solving problems and supporting the residents. We also love how the residents know us and welcome us warmly. We’re even invited to join the morning coffee group and enjoy being teased and included. Given my professional background, I’d even want to work at University House to help address residents' unique needs. It’s a place where I would say yes to working without hesitation.

"Good staff, tasty food, and fun activities at Benton House."
Benton House is nice. They have enough staff for everyone. The meals are tasty for my family member. They offer bingo, music, themed parties, and other fun choices for people living here.

"A Welcoming Community with Great People"
Leaving a home after 20-plus years is tough, but University House made it exciting for my parents. The place is beautiful, the library is huge, the food is great, and the service is very helpful. There are many reasons to like this retirement community. But the best part is the people. University House is a welcoming community full of knowledgeable and experienced residents.
