"Caring Staff and Fun Activities Make for a Good Experience"
The staff really care about the people living there. They are very helpful, like assisting with getting to and from the car and even carrying in groceries when needed. It’s easy to make friends, and they also respect quiet dinners. Mom enjoys playing games like Rummy-cube, Bingo, and Bunco. Some of her friends visit just to play games with her. She also loves the free housekeeping on Saturdays. All the staff know everyone by name. While it's never completely "stress-free" for older adults, having safety and not feeling isolated is very important.

We chose this community because it felt like a friendly and cozy place. It's located in a nice neighborhood. The food is decent, just as you'd expect. I would suggest it to other families.

My family member enjoys the food. We chose this community because it's convenient for our family. The atmosphere is cheerful, and the place looks nice. It feels open, comfortable, and welcoming. Although they've been friendly, their response to requests has been slow. Overall, we're quite satisfied.

"Assisted Living Review: Van Mall Needs More Assistance"
When we visited Van Mall, it seemed alright. The building looked a bit old. The people living there seemed to need extra help, which didn't match what our loved one needed. But it's in a good spot, near the mall.
