"Inconsistent Communication and Cleanliness at Assisted Living Facility"
The people who work here don't always talk to each other or us very well. Sometimes it smells like pee in the halls. Our apartments don't get cleaned properly. The person at the front desk is often busy doing other things and not at the desk.

Ask lots of questions. We’re happy with The Village so far. The staff is nice, though sometimes a bit short-handed. I wish my loved one adjusted better to the change.

"Disappointed with Overpriced Assisted Living; Limited Activities During COVID"
We got billed too much for two months in a row, and they didn't fix it. When they started running the Allouez village spot, they made everyone stay in their rooms and stopped the fun stuff because of COVID, but the old owners didn't do that. We're not happy with this new management, and we don't think you should go to a big company place like this.
