"Lacking Communication, Mediocre Care: Assisted Living Review"
Started out okay. Place clean, people nice. Care services disappointing. Didn't know about meds ordering, ran out. Staff initially helpful, but no response about permanent residency. Searching elsewhere now.

"Tour Left Us Wanting More"
Our family went to see the place ourselves. After looking around, we just didn’t find it that great or exciting.

"Communication Challenges Persist"
We chose this community because it’s closer to family and convenient. My loved one enjoys Bingo, likes the food, and finds the staff friendly. However, communication issues persist—calls aren’t always returned promptly, and management responses are slow. Showers and sheet changes need improvement.

"Mixed Experience with Staff and Communication at The Landings Community"
Some staff were good, others not. The Landings should communicate better.

"Mixed Experience with Staffing and Care at Assisted Living Facility"
Last year, we stayed at this place. The nurses were mostly great. Sometimes, the care was excellent, but other times, not so much. I felt like I had to be there all the time to check if my loved one was getting proper care. Staff changed a lot, and there weren't enough of them. I wouldn't suggest this place right now based on what we saw during our stay.

"Food Tastes Strange"
Our sister is doing great here. She’s making friends with other residents, and there are lots of amenities to choose from. Her room is spacious and the bathroom is nice too. She eats in the dining room, but she thinks the food tastes a bit strange. Overall, it’s a nice community, and we’d recommend it for a tour.

"Unsatisfactory Food and Assistance at Assisted Living Facility"
The meals they provide are often over-seasoned, cold, or difficult to consume like tacos or chicken on the bone. My aunt complains that the servings are petite and they never have corn, carrots, or peas. They only serve broccoli and brussel sprouts. Fruits are rarely on the menu. It doesn't seem right that they charge a high fee for staying there while offering such minimal and not-so-nutritious meals. I wouldn't suggest this place. Individuals who struggle with eating receive no help. They must be starving. It's unfortunate.

"Great place with caring staff and good activities for residents"
The community is very clean and well-maintained. They keep mom's apartment tidy and do her laundry. The staff are friendly and take good care of her. She’s making friends and joining in activities. The food looks and smells great. We feel confident knowing she is safe and well-cared for.
