"Friendly, Clean Assisted Living with Room for Communication Improvement"
The place is super clean, staff is friendly, and having a PT on-site is great. Meals in the nice dining room are okay. My loved one doesn’t join activities, but staff tries hard. Only improvement needed: better communication. Definitely recommend!

"Consider for Care: Engaging Activities and Friendly Staff"
I visited this community for my dad. The rooms were quite small and wouldn’t suit him. The staff was friendly and answered my care-related questions. Meals were average. Lots of activities for residents. Families should tour this place.

"Concerns Ignored at Assisted Living Facility, Quality of Care Declines"
When we first took our loved one to this assisted living facility, it seemed fine. However, as time passed, we saw many caregivers leaving and the rooms not being cleaned regularly. The food they served was full of processed carbohydrates, with no consideration for dietary restrictions, even when a doctor ordered them. It felt like our complaints were ignored, as the corporate office didn't respond. The director of the facility also never replied to our phone calls about our concerns. In my view, if your family member stays here, you need to be there every day to check on things. Although it may seem like I'm complaining a lot, the drop in the level of care our loved one received was genuinely concerning for us.
