"Happy and Healthy: A Great Place for Aging Parents"
My parents moved into this place a while ago and they really like it. They seem healthier and happier. They're less stressed now. They got a lot of Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy to get stronger. It's a really nice place. Two thumbs up!

"Mixed feelings on Aspire Senior Living due to roundabout access."
We visited Aspire Senior Living. The tour was nice, similar to our chosen place. But my sisters disliked the roundabout, so we didn't pick it.

"Communication Needs Improvement at Aspire Assisted Living"
It was difficult to reach them. When we walked in, there was a reception desk, but no one was ever there. When we called, no one picked up the phone. If we were at the facility, we had to wander around and it took a few minutes to find someone. They definitely could have communicated better; I got more information from the hospice nurses than from the Aspire staff.

My loved one has had a positive experience overall. COVID restrictions have made things challenging, but the dining room is reopening, and the appetizing meals are now being delivered to residents’ rooms.

"Brand new community with minor issues, recommended for family closeness."
The brand new community's location was a big draw for us. There are a few things that need fixing up. Mom's one-bedroom room with a balcony gets sun all day, which she loves. It's great that she's close to both of my brothers. We're sorting out some billing problems with management. Maintenance sometimes takes longer than expected, but I think he just needs more help. The food could be tastier, but Mom's a picky eater. They try hard to give us what we need. The cleaning staff is excellent, especially since Mom has a cat; they help her with the litter and everything. She's doing physical therapy, which she really enjoys. The staff is friendly. I'd recommend this community.

"Mom Is Settling In"
The new community location caught our attention, but there are a few things to improve. Mom's sunny 1-bedroom balcony room is close to my brothers. We're working on billing issues with management. Maintenance takes a bit long, but they're helpful. The food is plain, but Mom's picky. The cleaning staff is great, especially with her cat. She enjoys her physical therapy. Overall, I'd recommend this community.

"Nice tour experience"
We liked this place a lot. The staff showed us around nicely, answered our questions, and made us feel welcome. Unfortunately, it wasn’t open yet, so we had to find something else quickly. Still, we recommend taking a tour here..
