"Poor Care and Supervision at Assisted Living Facility"
This facility is not a suitable environment for people suffering from Dementia or Alzheimer's as the staff aren't trained enough to assist with these special requirements. Although it's a tidy site, it lacks dynamic activities and each individual lives confined to their own space. The quality of care for the residents is far from satisfactory, it holds a military-like system where residents are told when to wake up, dress and even use the restroom following the facility's convenience. There's no room for personal decision-making as residents are commanded on what to do and how to do it, they're even restricted to have water without a staff member’s assistance. Communication with the staff is complicated due to a language gap. Bullying among residents is overlooked, and the staff often leaves the premises for personal matters, leaving residents unsupervised for prolonged time periods. This has resulted in several accidents and injuries. I cannot recommend this place.

"Alarming Conditions: Assisted Living Facility Tolerates Inadequate Care and Bulling"
Avoid This Assisted Living Facility: Untrained Staff, No Activities and Inadequate Care" This isn't a good facility for those with Alzheimer's or dementia, because the staff just isn't trained to properly assist these individuals. While the facility is clean, it offers a very monotonous living space – everyone just stays in their rooms and there are absolutely no activities. The level of care provided here is quite disappointing. The environment is rather regimented and feels more like a military academy than a living facility. You're instructed on when to get up, when to dress, and even what attire to choose. Their operations are timed to the extent that restroom visits are scheduled around trash disposal timings to prevent any solid waste in the bins. They don’t even allow you to wear Depends until you're on the toilet. Residents are constantly bossed around, reducing any chance of independent thinking or activity. Even something as simple as getting a glass of water requires permission from the staff. Additionally, there’s a significant language barrier, which can lead to misunderstandings and difficulties in communication. Resident bullying seems to be tolerated, with no interventions from either staff or management. The staff often abandon their posts to smoke, make private calls, or move their vehicles. During these frequent, unauthorized breaks, residents are often left unmonitored for periods ranging from 30 to 45 minutes, even while eating or sleeping, resulting in multiple accidents and falls. I just can't recommend this place to anyone!

"Manager Disrespectful, Lack of Activities for Residents"
The boss is impolite. A resident mentioned the lack of activities.
