"Don’t Judge by Looks: Mixed Experience at Assisted Living"
We had a not-so-great experience at this place. They always seemed short-staffed, and my dad had to wait for help to use the bathroom. The food was not good, and residents waited a long time at the table before getting served. We were told residents could sit anywhere, but that wasn’t true. Some residents with dementia were treated poorly, like naughty kids. The place looks nice, but appearances can be deceiving.

"Clean and nicely decorated with great common areas"
The place looked and smelled clean. It was nicely decorated for Christmas. There were a lot of nice common sitting rooms.

The care plan isn’t always followed consistently. The food lacks proper nutrition. They don’t match the claims from their website. Staff turnover is high, and accountability is weak.

"Great care and daily visits make this place highly recommended"
My mom is doing great here. Everything seems to be working well. The place is really nice, and I feel she’s in good hands. Our family visits her every day, and they say everything is going well. I know she’s getting excellent care. It’s been a great experience, and I’d recommend this community.

A Place For Mom Customer
"Friendly staff, open areas, private shower, bright rooms."
The door isn't secure, but the staff is friendly. The living area and halls are open concept. The room has a private shower and a kitchenette without a stove. It's bright with nice windows.
