"They Failed to Find My Husband"
My husband was in assisted living for 3 months. They didn’t search for him when he left. He was found dead the next morning.

"Limited Care Staff; Tour Guide Was Care Helper; Unsuitable Location"
We didn't see many helpers around. A care helper showed us around. We felt it wasn't right for us.
