"Mixed Feelings on Assisted Living Facility"
The activities are pretty cool when they happen. It’s tough to find someone to run them, though. The bingo is a blast with really nice rewards. I liked doing the painting stuff too. But, you should see the furniture—it’s kind of gross, especially the armchairs. Just try sitting in one. The meals are hit or miss; one day they’re decent, the next, not so much. I’ve noticed staff on their phones a lot, even when they’re supposed to be helping out. And one time, I caught a worker vaping inside. That’s pretty much like smoking, right? This one evening, I dropped by and the place was a mess—floors unswept, tables all sticky with food, while folks were just hanging out. The staff weren’t busy, so why not clean up? They do seem to try hard to make us happy. The management switches up a lot, but at least my relative seems to enjoy it here.

"Poor Management and Rude Staff Overshadow Nice Facilities"
Management is terrible. The workers are really mean to the people living there and their families. Even though the place is beautifully designed and has lots of space, it doesn't make up for the fact that they don't take good care of their residents.

"Poor care and staff changes plague beautiful Care Partners."
My mom lived at Care Partners on French Road. In just 8 months, they had 3 different managers and workers who were leaving all the time. They didn't meet her basic daily needs - they didn't even change her diapers every day! The place looks really nice, but they don't have enough workers, and the workers they have don't know how to handle people with dementia.

My dad stayed here. They didn't shower him for over a week. They messed up his medicine. He threw up in bed and they didn't change his sheets after four days. The workers were rude to our family. I've read their rules.

"Short Stay, Neat Facility with Caring Staff"
We transferred my dad to this facility, but his stay was short. The workers here were friendly and the place was kept neat. They have different activities for the guests. Families are urged to visit and see if this facility suits their needs for caring for a family member.
