"Spacious memory care rooms with ample furniture space"
The memory care rooms are big. They can fit a twin bed, nightstand, dresser, two living room chairs, an end table, a small dining area with two chairs, a small fridge, and a TV stand.

"Disappointing Experience: Assisted Living Facility Falls Short of Expectations"
I wanted to tour a memory care facility for my 90-year-old mom, whose dementia is worsening. I called Care Partners on Friday and set up an appointment for Monday. I gave my name and number and was told they'd see us. We drove 1.5 hours from Milwaukee to Hortonville, WI for the appointment. Arriving around 10:05, the receptionist greeted us, saying the coordinator didn't have time to talk, and she'd show us around instead. Confused, I expected to discuss prices and details. But I was bluntly told to reschedule. I felt ignored and frustrated. Why make us drive all that way if they couldn't spare a few minutes? Clearly, this facility lacks proper management. I wouldn't consider sending my mom here, and I won't recommend it to others.

"New Facility in Quiet Area; Helpful Staff, Low Activity"
The facility is new and only half full, so it’s hard to get a full sense of it. There wasn’t much going on for mid-morning. The location on the edge of Hortonville is nice, quiet, and peaceful. [Name removed] was really helpful and answered all our questions. We’re not ruling this place out and plan to visit during meal times to talk with some residents.
