"Poorly Cleaned Dishes and Lazy Staff, Not Recommended!"
I wouldn't suggest this place....... The plates aren't correctly cleaned, just sanitized. I wouldn't advise anybody to come here because the employees are slacking off!!!!!!!!!!!

"Communication Gap After Hours"
Sometimes it's hard to reach someone after hours. They should offer services proactively. Once, my loved one's laundry sat in the basket for a week. Better communication between shifts would be nice. My main concern is not being able to reach anyone in the evening—the phone just rings and rings without an answering machine.

"Disappointing Assisted Living Experience"
I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone else. The food's bad and not much to choose from. They mostly serve canned veggies, hardly any healthy stuff. And the manager's hardly ever around to talk to about any worries you have about your family.
