"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The staff is nice, but the food isn't balanced. The rooms need better cleanliness. Communication with staff is good, but they should be more proactive.

"Clean facility, but staff hard to find"
It was alright - the place had a tidy appearance but it was hard to track down an employee, even though they knew about our 1 pm appointment. I found one up front chatting on her mobile and another out back smoking and also on the phone. :/
