"Disappointing Assisted Living Experience"
The place lost some important staff like the activities director. There aren't many activities now. Also, they lost the head nurse and director together. The memory care area smells bad. Because of these problems, I wouldn't suggest putting your loved one here.

"Mixed Impressions at Assisted Living Facility"
The assisted living facility had a couple of good points, like the Marketing and activities directors. But overall, I wasn't impressed. The rooms lacked central air, and if you wanted air conditioning, you had to ask maintenance for a window AC. The roof had water damage, and the place needed better upkeep. Plus, there were only half baths in the rooms, and the community showers weren't very clean. Not recommended.

"Mother thriving, positive experience, recommended for family and friends."
My mother is doing well since moving to this community, according to reports from my brother-in-law. She enjoys her time here, and everything seems to be going well. I would recommend this community to my family and friends.

"Facility Backs Out on Financial Agreement, Forces Resident Out"
My mom has lived there for nearly two years. When we first discussed her finances, we explained that her money would only last about two years. They reassured us that they accept county aid. However, when her funds finally ran out, they informed us that they were no longer able to offer county aid due to max capacity. Now, they expect us to pay an extra $1000 a month, which we can’t afford. So we have to move her. They took all her money and now she doesn't seem to matter to them. Be careful, and get in writing that they will keep your family member once their funds deplete. The care my mom received was good, the activity directors are awesome but the room needs an upgrade. If your loved one suffers from dementia, I wouldn't recommend this facility.

"Mixed Experience: Mom Likes Care, But Longs for Home"
I've visited twice. Once when Mom was there. Everything seems nice. Staff is good. Mom likes it but wants to come home. She admits she likes it there, but always says she wants to go home when I call. I believe she's well cared for. During my visit, there was bingo and other activities. She leaves her room, interacts, but I'm unsure how much she joins in.

A Place For Mom Customer
"Great Assisted Living Option for Mom!"
Our contact did a great job addressing our concerns and needs for Mom. She knew the system well and helped with financial assistance. The home looked really nice. A recent state inspection found ‘ZERO’ defects, which was impressive. The rooms were a good size, they had ‘TUB’ facilities on-site, and there were daily scheduled activities. The staff was very impressive too. They employ only CNA’s and can do IV’s if needed to avoid moving Mom in the future. We’re definitely considering this home for Mom.
