"Cheap and Neglectful Care at Assisted Living Facility"
This place was so messy. The workers seemed like they didn't know what they were doing and didn't care about the people there. I was honestly scared I wouldn't make it out alive! I couldn't wait to leave. The food was all bad stuff, no salads or fresh greens, just cooked or canned veggies. It felt like they were just trying to spend as little money as they could on us. It made me really sad for the people who couldn't get out. Three old ladies even told me they begged their kids to get them out of this awful place!

"Nurse Slams Assisted Living Facility as Dirty, Insensitive, Neglectful"
I'm a nurse and a pal was sent to this place. She didn't last two weeks because everyone was so upset. The place was filthy, with holes in the carpet showing the floor below. Kitchen drawers and cabinets were broken. There was no therapy or activity departments. The person in charge of activities quit and they didn't have a new person. The food they served was things like pizza, hot dogs, spahgetti-o casserole, mac 'n cheese, basically junk. The people working there weren't nice and they mostly tried to ignore the patients. I'd rate this place a big fat zero! The only worse places I've seen were down South.

"Lacks In-Room Showers, Showing Signs of Aging, Not Suitable for Mom"
The place was alright, but it didn't have showers in the rooms. It seems like it's been around for quite some time. Overall, it's not the right fit for my mom.

"Average Place Lacks Showers, Not for Mom"
Passable, but no showers in bedrooms. Facility isn't new. Not ideal for mom.

"Friendly Guide, Pet-Friendly Place, Fun Activities, Helpful Staff"
The person who showed me around was super nice and answered all my questions. The Carrington Assisted Living lets you bring your pets along. They have stuff like stretching, cooking, and gardening to do. The people who work there were really friendly and good at talking with me. My tour was good because I got lots of great info about the place and what they offer.

"Security Concerns at Carrington Manor"
My family member lives at Carrington Manor, and I’m happy with the care. The staff is friendly, the food is okay, and the rooms are clean. My only worry is security—I recommend a key-coded alarm system for better monitoring of people entering and leaving.

"Needs Improved Security"
My family member lives at Carrington Manor, and overall, I’m happy with the care. The staff is friendly, the food is okay, and the rooms are clean. However, my main concern is security. I recommend they install a push-button alarm system with a key code for entry and exit. Right now, anyone can come and go without proper monitoring.

"Assisted Living Review: Mom's Care, Friendly Staff, Needs More Help"
My Mom lives at Carrington, and she's needed more care because of her memory problems. She's been there for a little over 2 years. The people who work there are really nice and pay attention to her needs. The person in charge, the Administrator, is great and always ready to help. She really cares about everyone who lives there. The staff tries their best to help everyone, but sometimes it feels like they could use another person, especially in the evenings. There are 20 people living there, and the staff is limited. Usually, it's not a big deal, though. I hope this review helps you.

"In Need of More Help"
My mom lives at Carrington and her needs have increased because of her memory loss. She's been there for a little over 2 years. The people who work there are nice and pay attention to her. The person in charge is great and always ready to help. She really cares about all the people who live there. The workers do their best to help everyone, but sometimes I think they could use more help, especially at night. There are 20 people living there, but not many workers. Usually, it's okay, though. I hope this review helps.

"Absolutely No Praises: A Terrible, Staff-Challenged Experience for Dad"
I really can't provide any praise. It was a horrifying experience for my dad. The employees were incompetent and I had to argue with them daily just to secure appropriate assistance.

"Assisted Living Facility Review: Good Atmosphere, Security Concerns"
The place seems nice and tidy with a happy vibe. It smells okay too. But it's not locked, which worries me a bit. They say they keep an eye on who comes in, but when we visited, nobody checked when we entered. I'm starting to think my mom might need a safer place.
