"Assisted Living Nightmare"
This place was a big letdown. I hardly ever saw the same workers twice, and when I did, they looked super tired and stressed out. Sometimes, I couldn't even find any staff around when I needed help. The hallways were really dark and hardly had any lights. My mom's room was super dirty. I even had to write dust me on surfaces because they were so filthy. They were supposed to help my mom change her Depends, but I'm not sure if they ever did. And when they did, they just left them lying around, making the whole place smell awful. We ended up cleaning up poop ourselves because we couldn't find anyone to help us. It was obvious that they hardly ever cleaned the carpets because of how the furniture was placed. My mom's clothes were dirty, and she had a bad smell. They promised lots of fun activities and services like the Beauty Parlor, but most of the time, they didn't happen. The boss hardly ever showed up, and communication was terrible. They kept getting the bills wrong, and whenever there was a problem, they acted like it was my mom's fault. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

"Clean facility, caring staff, good activities, and nice amenities"
When I was looking for a place for my in-laws, I was impressed by how clean everything was. The facility is well kept, and I’m very happy with the staff. They genuinely care about the residents and offer a personal touch. For example, when my father-in-law had an urgent issue, they took care of it right away. They’re pretty satisfied with the food, but their room has a full kitchen if they want to cook. The room isn’t huge, but it’s a good size and has a small patio. They have lots of activities like crafts, bingo, movies, and parties. There’s also a nice pool table and sometimes musicians perform. The facility even has a van for grocery trips. I would recommend this community.

"Mom is adjusting, staff are helpful and welcoming"
My mom is getting used to the community and everything about it. The staff are helpful, encouraging, and welcoming. There are activities all month, and she has tried some. She liked some activities and didn't like others. I ate a meal with my mom and thought it was good. It wasn't her favorite, but they had other choices.

"Nice Community, Chose Different Location"
We visited Cecelia Place and it was a really nice community. They gave a good presentation and explained what they offer for the residents. We picked another place that was in a better location.

"Nice place with fun activities and great bedroom setup"
I visited this place and it looked nice. They have a board showing the fun activities for the month. The bedrooms looked good and seemed like something my mom would like. I took a brochure to show my mom the community.

"Friendly staff and nice rooms, but may overwhelm some"
I had a good tour of the facility. It’s a nice place with friendly people. The staff and residents were really kind and welcoming. I just felt this community might be a bit too overwhelming for my mom. The rooms were very nice. Overall, it’s a pleasant place from what I saw.

"Elevator Closer to Middle Would Improve Convenience for Residents"
I just wish they could put an elevator closer to the middle. It's a long walk when you can't make it to the end of the hallway.

"Liked it, but too overwhelming for her"
This was our second choice. We really liked it here. Unfortunately, when we brought her to see it, she was overwhelmed by all the choices and decisions. Sadly, this wasn’t the place she picked.
