"Not the Right Fit for Us"
I took a tour of this community, and I didn't feel comfortable. I met the owner, and he seemed a bit young, which made me uneasy. I just didn't like the place. It’s not right for my mother-in-law.

"Assisted living lacks community, resembles YMCA center with mini-apartments."
I visited this place and was shocked. They boast about having a bus to take people around the city every day. But when I looked around, it didn't feel like a place where people live. It felt more like a YMCA with small apartments. There were activity centers, but no real feeling of community. The owner seemed to be the only one who knew what they were doing. I felt like putting up a sign saying 'run away.' He's nice, but one step away from being ineffective.
