"Happy Overall, But Staff and Menu Could Improve"
I’m pretty happy with this place. The staff could pay more attention, and I wish they had different meal options. We chose this community because it’s close to my home, and her hospice worker still visits her here.

"Friendly staff, good care, and lots of activities daily"
It looks like our loved one is getting good care. I was worried about her taking her medications before. Now, they give her medicine on time and provide three meals a day. It seems like they have everything she needs for daily life. The staff are all very friendly. Some staff members are familiar, but there's some turnover, which is normal everywhere. To get inside, there's a secure keypad for entry. They always greet you warmly. There are also lots of activities daily, like crafts, bingo, and other fun things to keep her busy.

"Clean and organized, but too pricey for our family"
We toured Clifden Court and had a good experience. We saw everything inside, and the place was clean, tidy, and organized. The only reason we didn’t pick Clifden Court was because it was quite expensive.

"Don't Trust the Tours: Broken Promises at Clifden Court"
The assisted living place didn't match what they promised. My mom didn't get good care even though we paid for Level 3. The staff talked about residents. Elderly folks deserve more respect than they got at Clifden Court. I spent lots of time with my mom, and I think others who say their loved ones are cared for here are mistaken. I saw an old man asking for toast, but he was told to wait for lunch. It's sad—he couldn't even have a piece of toast. Don't trust the tours; the promises aren't kept.

"Great tour, but location not right for us"
I have no complaints about my tour of this community for my loved one. The staff were on time for our appointment and made sure to meet our needs as best as they could during our visit. They shared lots of great information and answered all our questions in detail. In the end, it just wasn’t the right location for us.

"Consider Lake Terrace for Community-Focused Elderly Memory Care"
Brain really knows his stuff and has a lot of experience. He spent a good amount of time with me. I really like that Lake Terrace is all about helping and teaching the local community. If my mom or dad needed care for their memory, I'd think about this place.

"Nice Place, Needs More Closet Room"
The assisted living place was pretty good. It felt more like a place for older folks who need extra help moving around, and my mom isn’t quite there yet. The whole place was neat and tidy, and the meals were tasty. I bet they had plenty of fun stuff to do, but I can’t really recall what exactly. The living spaces were okay, but it looked like they could use some more places to put things.
