"Poor Care at Assisted Living Facility"
My mom stayed at this place for rehab after she broke her neck. They didn't change her clothes or underwear for days, even though they had clean ones ready. One of the staff took off her neck brace during a shower, even though I told them not to and the care plan said the same. The nurse and charge RN suddenly stopped her pain meds, and I was scared she might not make it through the night. The management kept insisting they did a good job, but they won't improve the poor care. Avoid this place for your loved ones.

"Declining Standards at Assisted Living Facility"
My mom went to rehab after a fall. OT, PT good. Nursing okay. She lost weight. Food taken before finishing. Some staff slow with toileting. Encouraged to use depends, lazy. Hygiene care worsened, but movement improved. Meals chosen without asking. Complaints to Social Worker ignored by Admin. Used to be better. Nursing staff needs review.

"Beautiful place with excellent food and nice accommodations"
Mom had a pretty good time with the rehab department. The food was excellent, and the community was beautiful. However, Mom didn’t think the therapists were as good as the ones at her current place. It felt like staying in a hotel suite.

"Limited Medical Care in Hospice Area; Consider In-Home Options"
Just a heads up, if your loved one ends up in the SNU/Hospice part of this place, they might not be able to get extra medical care like IVs or antibiotics. You might have to look into in-home agencies for that kind of help.
