"Spacious Rooms and Convenient Location"
The staff is friendly and tries to meet Mom’s needs. However, like everywhere else, there is staff turnover. We chose this community because of the spacious room and convenient location.

"Assisted Living Visit: Friendly, but Not Quite Homey"
We visited this place, and everyone was super nice. Everything was mostly good. The place looked nice, but it didn't feel like home for my mom.

"Feels Like a Place, Just Not Home"
We took a good look around this place, and all the people were super nice and made us feel right at home. Most things were pretty good. The place itself seemed pretty, but it just didn’t feel like home for my mom.

"Lovely Home for Dad"
Me and my family went to see Cottonwood Manor. It looks so nice, just like a real home should. It's not far from where we live and close to the highway, so it's easy for all of us to come visit. The prices seem fair, and they cover everything. It might be just the right place for Dad to get the help he needs.

"Started Great, Ended Poorly: Cottonwood’s Care Over Time"
At first, this place provided wonderful care for both my parents. Even when my dad was battling cancer, they did a really good job. However, after my dad passed, things changed for my mom. They started neglecting the advice from Hospice about shifting her position and giving her medicines correctly. She had a pressure wound that was actually getting better when she was staying at a place. But it became extremely worse here at Cottonwood. If they couldn't handle it or didn’t have the time, they should’ve just been honest with us. That way, we could find the right kind of help for our family.

"Make certain they're capable and available for quality care!"
At first, they took excellent care of both my parents. My dad received excellent care even as he battled cancer. After my dad passed away, the quality of care my mom received declined. They didn't heed hospice's suggestions about rotating my mom and managing her medication. At the previous facility, they were addressing my mom's pressure ulcer successfully but at this one, her condition worsened a lot. If they lack the skills or time to handle these issues, they should just tell us truthfully so we can secure adequate care for our loved ones.

"Only There 2 Weeks – Great Experience"
My Aunt has been at Cottonwood for only two weeks, and we’ve had a great experience. She hasn’t complained about anything. The staff I’ve met are very friendly, and the building is kept very clean.

"Unimpressed Due to Dirty Room"
This place didn't impress me at all. The room they showed me wasn't clean.

"Expensive, Confined Harmony Didn't Suit Our Needs"
We checked out Harmony this past Tuesday afternoon. First off, my mom would have to pay an extra $1300 each month just to stay there. The rooms seemed really tiny, and hardly had any storage space. It looked more suitable for individuals who can't take care of themselves as well. There didn't seem to be a lot of chances for her to leave the facility for things like shopping or trips to the bank. We really just want her to be able to do stuff and meet other people her age.

"Very Much Like Carrington, But More Business-Oriented"
Similar to Carrington, but it felt more focused on business rather than caring for patients.
