"Great care and kindness at Country Terrace for loved ones"
I can't say enough good things about the staff at Country Terrace. For almost two years, while my mom has been there because of dementia, we’ve found the staff to be hardworking, kind, and friendly to both her and our whole family. My two siblings and I live far away and don’t give advance notice when we visit, but every time we arrive, we find Mom well cared for. I live in Washington, D.C., and the staff always keep me updated on her care. Even though I miss my mom a lot, I don't have to worry because I know she’s in great hands. She’s treated like family.

"Avoid Country Terrace: Subpar Staff and Empty Promises"
Country Terrace in Stanley provides a really poor level of care for its residents. The director doesn't seem to care at all, and it seems like most of the staff is the same way. There's no activities or snacks offered, even though they promised these things when we moved our family member in. It seems like the workers are more interested in looking at their phones or taking smoke breaks than actually caring for the residents. I wouldn't suggest this place to any family thinking about putting their loved one in this assisted living home.
