"Small Rooms in Spacious Community"
Our family visited the assisted living community in person. It's quite spacious, but the rooms are all small studio apartments, which isn't suitable for our loved one.

"Countryside Manor: A Caring Home for Dad"
I moved my Dad to Countryside Manor a month ago. He used to be somewhere else with my Mom, but after she passed away, it was clear Dad needed more help. I’m really happy with the place. The staff treats him like family, and he has a nice room with big windows and a private bathroom. There are cozy spots where he can enjoy the sunshine. Countryside Manor has been great during this tough time for caregivers, and I appreciate all they do to make my dad feel at home.

"Failed Expectations at Country Side Assisted Living: Communication Lacking"
At first, I thought Country Side Assisted Living was incredible. It's nice visually, which can really matter to us kids of older parents. The place seemed great, but sadly, they failed us. We trusted Country Side, but their staff didn’t keep us in the loop or meet our needs. We felt disrespected because they didn’t communicate enough. If you're hunting for a warm, caring place for your family member, consider more than just how pretty it looks. Watch how the staff treat the residents. Notice if the staff talk to them. See how the residents react to the staff's kindness. Thankfully, the folks at Azura made my mama feel really loved. They made her smile, and even spent their off-time with her because they really cared. They saw my mom as more than just a job; they saw her as a special person. Small gestures of genuine love and care can make a huge difference when caring for someone as precious as a family's jewel. Our mom was our jewel. I sincerely hope this facility can pass on this message to their staff.

"Poor Care at Countryside, Better Experience at Azura"
We had a bad time with my mom's care at Countryside. They didn't follow our advance directives and communication was weak. The nighttime care was especially bad. I wouldn't suggest going to this place. I chose it because it looked nice, but that was a mistake. I moved my mom to Azura, which might not look as nice (it's being remodeled), but the nursing care there is way better. She got great care at Azura during all shifts and they treated her like family. I really recommend Azura if you want your loved one to be treated with kindness, respect, and love. My mom was much happier at Azura than at Countryside.

"Excellent Memory Care Facility with Spacious Rooms and Great Amenities"
This assisted living facility offers great memory care. It might cost a bit more than others, but taking a tour will surely impress you. If your senior can afford around $6000-7000, they won’t be disappointed. Here’s what stands out: each wing has its own internal courtyard where residents can enjoy the outdoors with help if needed, tall cathedral ceilings, and a layout that allows for walking and exercise without being cramped. The rooms are large and come with big, accessible bathrooms with showers. Rooms aren’t shared unless two people want to be roommates. There’s 24-hour staff available, a locked entrance with an attendant, and no need for Wander guard bracelets. It’s a really nice place!

"Assisted Living Needs Improvement"
Our main worry was that our family member got wet because there wasn't anyone available to assist her to the bathroom quickly. Barb was really good, but overall, the staff was good too. This place could be really nice for someone who can move around better.
