"Helpful staff, but food quality needs improvement for satisfaction"

The woman in charge was very helpful and supported us throughout. Everyone there is friendly, helpful, and seems to know their stuff. The food quality isn't great. It seems like the cook might not enjoy their job. Since we're nearby, we bring our own food to help out. Better food quality would have been a big improvement and was something we were disappointed about. I liked that the room doors could stay open (but can be closed if needed) so people could check on my mother-in-law. It seemed like it might make her more social.
