"Assisted Living Tour: Okay, Not Right for Our Loved One"
Our family visited in person. It was okay, but not right for our loved one. We appreciated their honesty about being short-staffed, but it wasn't what we were looking for. It might be better for someone who is a bit calmer and less challenging.

"Dedicated Caregiver Goes Above and Beyond Expectations"
I want to share that [name removed] is an amazing caregiver! She helped [name removed] a lot this morning, and I think [name removed] felt comfortable with her. She even took [name removed]'s glasses to straighten them during her break! Now that’s excellence above and beyond her duties. I felt very at ease when I left. Tomorrow might be different, but for today, it was good. I hope your remodeling will help everyone. Give that gal a big raise!

"Poor Service and Unchanged Staff at Assisted Living Facility"
The staff here is constantly rude. I wouldn't ever consider sending my family member to this place. I thought that things would get better when new owners took over, but it's the same people dealing with the same issues. It's really disappointing! And to top it all off, they seem to be more interested in smoking than taking care of my family member!

"Unsafe and uncaring environment with intrusive staff."
I wouldn't even let my dog stay here. The workers are not nice, and they poke their noses into the residents' matters even when it doesn't benefit them. They just don't care! Sometimes, the residents are even at risk.
