"Friendly Staff and Great Activities for Residents"
I visited a lot of places before finding Forest Haven, and I’m so glad I did. The staff here is super friendly, knows their stuff, and is always ready to answer my questions. They quickly update me on anything happening with my aunt. Once, when she needed to see the doctor and I was busy, the director even took her to the appointment. You don’t see that kind of service often, and it’s great to have someone so willing to help. The housekeeper keeps everything clean, does laundry weekly, and takes out the trash regularly. The place is always nice and tidy, which makes me feel better. There’s a lady who comes once a week for art activities, and she’s amazing. They also have aerobic exercises and card games to keep everyone engaged. The other residents are friendly too; my aunt can be a bit tough to get along with, but she’s making friends. The only thing I find odd is that they serve a lot of sandwiches and chips for lunch and dinner. However, my aunt isn’t losing weight, so it doesn’t bother me much. The cost is a bit high, but the quality and everything offered make it worth it. Overall, the staff is fantastic and the facility is great – it’s small but has just enough space for walking around. I would definitely recommend Forest Haven.
