"Caring Staff and Great Community"
My loved one is doing great since moving here. I feel good about the care she’s getting. She’s safe and well taken care of. The staff really goes the extra mile to help her with everything she needs. When I visit, the place is clean and looks nice. They serve good meals and have fun activities. I’m very happy with this community and would recommend it.

"Decent Visit, Didn't Meet Linda, Paula Helped"
The visit was decent. She wasn't there, she had something else to do. We got help from a girl. She gave us a tour and responded to our questions. She said to reach out to staff for any more queries. Appreciate the assistance.

"Positive Review of Sheboygan Memory Care Facilities and Services"
Linda mentioned there are just three memory care centers in Sheboygan we should check out. Dad is currently on a waiting list, but there are four openings available. She says this place has more of a family feel rather than an institutional one. Linda, who used to work at Pine Haven, is very friendly and knows the area well since she’s from Belgium. She didn’t like Cedar Grove Gardens because they kicked out a woman who had a stroke for being too noisy. The costs are all-inclusive: $2700 for a private room and $3200 for a two-room suite. They accept Medicare Part B right away without needing to pay privately for two years. The facility is for people aged 55 and over, with only studio rooms available. Out of 40 rooms, 14 are for memory care. They offer 42-channel TV, activity programs, exercise classes on Thursdays, monthly music events, and free transport to doctors. Social outings have an additional cost. They have alarms on stairwells but not on doors, and only three places in the area have locks, with monthly costs over $5000. Caregivers are available around the clock. Linda also offers to give Dad a two-week trial or take him for two weeks while we get everything arranged. It's important that he starts care with a local doctor, and a state assessment is required (but she can do it at home). She suggested contacting ADRC in Sheboygan Falls to talk to an Adult Intake Worker about moving Dad from Minnesota.

"Linda's Insightful Review"
She told us there are just three memory care centers in Sheboygan that we should consider. Our dad is on the waiting list, and there are currently four openings. she claims these centers have a more family-like atmosphere than an institutional one. She's very personable and has worked at Pine Haven before. she hails from Belgium and knows the area well. However, she's not fond of Cedar Grove Gardens because they evicted a woman with a stroke for being too loud. The all-inclusive prices are $2,700 for a private room and $3,200 for a two-room suite. They accept Medicare Part B immediately without requiring two years of private pay. The facility is for those aged 55 and older, with only studio rooms available. Out of the 40 rooms, 14 are dedicated to memory care. They offer a 42-channel TV, activity programs, monthly music sessions, and a Thursday exercise class. Complimentary transportation to doctors is provided, but social outings come at an additional cost. Alarms are installed on stairwells but not on doors (she says only three places in the area have locks, but their monthly costs exceed $5,000). Caregivers are available 24/7. She is willing to give Dad a two-week trial or take care of him for two weeks while we settle things. The key requirement is that he establishes care with a local physician, as it's a state mandate for assessment (though Linda can come to our house). She also recommended contacting ADRC in Sheboygan Falls to get information on relocating Dad from Minnesota.
