"Overpriced, poorly managed, and lacking quality care at Ensign facility"
The Ensign Group took over a year ago and has run the assisted living facility into the ground. The place looks run down and isn't kept tidy. With six different leaders in two years, the staff turnover is crazy. The food mostly tastes terrible, unless the part-time chef makes it. The residents aren't getting the care they're supposed to. We had an aunt with dementia living there and she was being ignored - not given food because she didn't know where the dining area was and the staff didn't help her. We moved her to Felician Village and it's been great. The Ensign Group cares more about money than the residents. They even fired a fantastic administrator because she refused to admit or keep residents who needed more help than the facility could give.
