"Friendly staff and good value at Heartis Village North Shore"
My loved one lives at Heartis Village North Shore right now. Her time there has been pretty good overall. The staff and care are friendly and helpful. The value is also decent. I’ve recommended Heartis Village North Shore to family and friends and will keep doing so.

"Heartis Provides Much Better Care Than Previous Community"
Heartis is much better than the other place my loved one was at. My loved one really likes Heartis, and I believe they are getting excellent care here.

"Nice Assisted Living Community with Some Hiccups"
My family member wasn't a fan of the food and had high hopes. We chose this community based on recommendations and its convenient location. While there's staff turnover, sometimes assistance is slow when we press the call button. Overall, it's a pleasant community that I'd recommend to other families.

"Neglect and Inattention: Poor Care at Memory Care Facility"
I'm talking about the memory care place. Every time I go there, they've got three helpers. But mostly, they're on their phones, munching, or goofing around. They shouldn't be glued to their phones. Plus, they're not really hanging out with the folks there. My big worry is that my family member hardly ever gets a bath, even though she's supposed to get one every week. Her clothes are all dirty and she smells. They've said my family member won't let them help with a bath or clean clothes. Somebody on the team needs to build trust with her and make sure she gets the care she needs. But nothing's happening.

"“Resort-Style Living at Heartis Community!”"
Heartis is a super friendly community. They have lots of fun things to do, like bingo every week, arts & crafts, cookouts with s’mores, happy hours, and social hours. They even have a Parkinson’s Disease support group that meets every 3rd Friday, and non-residents can join too. Plus, we go on shopping trips, attend concerts, and visit farmer markets. It feels like living at a resort.

"Poor Communication and Lack of Transparency in Assisted Living"
They don't talk much at this place. I kept emailing and calling, but nobody replied. They said they were supposed to get something called Title 19, but every time I asked about it, they couldn't tell me anything. When things got really tight with my loved one's money, we had to find somewhere else for her to live.

"Settling In Quickly: Great Friends and Responsive Care"
It took me a bit to get used to living here. But soon, I really enjoyed my new friends and all the amenities. Any concerns are always addressed and resolved.
