"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The staff who've been here longer know their jobs well, and the care is very good. But newer staff sometimes seem clueless due to staffing shortages. The facility looks nice and is clean, but I'm concerned about the lack of attention to Legionnaires' bacteria.

I really like the people here, the tasty food, and how clean everything is.

"Warm, Clean Community with Friendly Staff and Fun Activities"
HeatherWood community is very welcoming, clean, and nice to look at when you walk in. The staff is really friendly and inviting. They also offer a lot of activities for the residents who want to join in.

"Charming place with beautiful gardens. Mom not ready to move."
The place was really nice and cute. They had these pretty gardens. But my mom wasn't ready to live there yet.
